3. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include taxes. The final bill, after stock check, is sent to you on WhatsApp; an order is accepted only when you confirm that bill.
4. We may cancel an order if a product is not available, if a required prescription is not provided, or if the details given are incorrect.
5. Medicines that need a prescription are sold only against a valid prescription.
6. Returns and refunds follow our return and refund policy; delivery follows our shipping policy.
