वापसी और रिफ़ंड नीति

Please check your parcel when it is delivered. As medicines are health products, we accept returns only in the cases below.

We will replace or refund when

• you received a wrong product or a wrong quantity,
• the product is damaged, leaking or tampered with, or
• the product is expired or close to expiry.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or phone, with your order number and a photo of the product and its batch/expiry label.

We cannot take back

• opened, used or partly used medicines and strips,
• products without their original packing and label, or
• fridge (cold chain) items once delivered.

Refunds

As all orders are cash on delivery, an approved refund is paid by UPI or bank transfer to you, usually within 7 working days of approval. Refusing a parcel at the door is the same as cancelling the order.
