We deliver Jan Aushadhi generic medicines and health products to most pincodes across India. You can check your pincode on the home page or on any product page.

Delivery charge

A flat delivery charge of ₹49 and a packing & convenience fee of ₹7 are added to every order. The full amount is shown before you place the order and again in our WhatsApp confirmation.

पार्सल के वज़न के हिसाब से डिलीवरी शुल्क

हम हर पार्सल इंडिया पोस्ट स्पीड पोस्ट से भेजते हैं। ज़्यादातर दवा के ऑर्डर 500 ग्राम से कम के होते हैं और सामान्य ₹49 लगता है। भारी या दूर के पार्सल का शुल्क नीचे दिए अनुसार है (स्पीड पोस्ट दर, GST सहित); भेजने से पहले हम WhatsApp पर सही रकम बता देते हैं।

₹7 पैकिंग और सुविधा शुल्क अलग से है। इंडिया पोस्ट की दरें भारत के राजपत्र के अनुसार हैं; इंडिया पोस्ट के बदलने पर बदलती हैं।

How your order is processed

You place the order on the website, or send a photo of your prescription.
Our pharmacist checks stock. If a medicine is not available, we may offer an exact match (same salt and strength) or remove it.
We send the final bill on WhatsApp. Your order is processed only after you confirm it.
The order is packed and handed to our courier partner.

Delivery time

Most orders reach you within a few working days after you confirm them; remote areas can take longer. We will tell you on WhatsApp if there is any delay.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Prescription medicines

Medicines that need a prescription are dispatched only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
