⚙️ Mechanism of Action (Kaise kaam karta hai)

When applied topically, feracrylum (which is an incomplete ferrous salt of polyacrylic acid) interacts with blood proteins (especially albumin) and forms a gel-like complex. This complex forms a physical barrier at the wound surface, which helps stop capillary bleeding and oozing quickly (in ~2-3 minutes).

It also activates the clotting cascade (thrombin → fibrin formation) thereby promoting haemostasis.
